What kind of consultation is it?
It's an online consultation: the doctor reviews your answers and communicates with you through the secure platform. You can start without an appointment, and the average queue time is under 20 minutes.
How does follow-up work?
Care doesn't end with the first visit. In practice you return for a new consultation in about two months, when the effect of the treatment is assessed and adjusted if needed. Between visits you get support through the platform.
Are laboratory tests needed, and who orders them?
The doctor decides at the assessment visit which tests are needed. If you have recent results (less than 12 months old), we can use them directly. Otherwise the doctor advises you on which tests to take and where.
What if medication isn't suitable for me?
Medication is one option, not the only one. We also offer a doctor-led lifestyle programme without medication. The same medical team supports you, and if medication becomes relevant later, you can switch seamlessly.
What does the service cost?
The doctor's online consultation is 79 € per visit, and you see the price before the consultation. Follow-up happens as a return visit at the same price, only when needed. Any medication is bought separately at the pharmacy, and any laboratory tests are billed separately.
