Our doctors are licensed physicians in the EU with solid experience in telemedicine. They follow current care guidelines and national guidance on remote care for each condition, such as weight management. Doctors work on our platform as independent professionals.
When will the doctor answer me?
You can start a visit right away — no appointment needed. Doctors typically respond in under 20 minutes. At night, the wait may be a little longer, but your case is always reviewed as soon as possible.
What does it mean that the symptom assessment is open 24/7?
You can fill out the symptom assessment at any time, even when our doctors aren't immediately available. An EU-licensed doctor will respond as soon as our service opens for the day.
How does an online request work?

  2. One of our EU-licensed doctors reviews it and, if appropriate, issues an electronic prescription.

What kind of remote appointment is it?
The doctor communicates with you through secure messages — a chat-based appointment. You describe your condition in detail, the doctor reviews your case, asks additional questions if needed, and provides the necessary treatment.
Where can I pick up my prescription medication?
We issue electronic prescriptions via remote consultation. You can collect your medication from any pharmacy once the prescription has been issued.
Which medicines cannot be prescribed at an online appointment?
For patient safety, certain medicines cannot be prescribed or renewed online — for example strong sedatives and controlled substances (e.g. benzodiazepines), strong analgesics and morphine-based drugs, ADHD medications, nerve pain medicines (pregabalin, gabapentin), antibiotics for upper-respiratory or sinus infections, and testosterone or T3 thyroid treatments.
