This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, are used on dokport.com and in the Dokport app at app.dokport.com, why we use them, and how you can change your choice.

Optional cookies are set only with your consent. We do not load Google, Meta or other advertising tags in your browser.
Necessary cookies
These are needed for the service to work and to remember your choice. They do not require consent.
- cookieyes-consent: remembers your cookie choice. Provider: CookieYes. Lifetime: 1 year.
- __ph_opt_in_out_…: remembers whether you allowed analytics. It contains no identifier. Provider: PostHog. Lifetime: 1 year.
- refresh_token, guest_token: keep you logged in, or keep a guest chat going, in the Dokport app. Provider: Dokport. Lifetime: until you log out or the session expires.
- GAESA: keeps your connection to the same Dokport server during a chat. Provider: Google Cloud. Lifetime: 30 days.
- Local and session storage in the app (for example dokport-auth-token, dokport-device-id, dokport-locale, dokport-region): login, device recognition for login security, chosen language and region, and display settings. Provider: Dokport. Lifetime: until you log out or clear your browser data.
- __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid: fraud prevention in the app's card payments. Provider: Stripe. Lifetime: 1 year and 30 minutes.
- Push notifications: if you allow notifications in the app, your browser stores a notification token. Provider: Google Firebase. Lifetime: until you turn notifications off.
Referral cookies
These first-party cookies tell us which partner brought a visitor, so that we can pay partner commissions. They contain no name or contact details and are not sent to advertising platforms.
- dokport_ref, dokport_rc, dokport_promo: partner referral code and campaign code. Provider: Dokport. Lifetime: 90 days.
Analytics cookies (with your consent)
- ph_…_posthog: a random identifier that lets us see how the site and the app are used: pages viewed, device and browser type, and steps taken in the service. Provider: PostHog, data stored in the EU. Lifetime: 1 year.
- dokport_attr: which campaign brought you: campaign tags (utm), the domain of the referring website and the landing page. If you also accept marketing cookies, it stores the ad click identifier (for example gclid). Provider: Dokport. Lifetime: 90 days.
Without your consent we count visits without cookies and without storing an identifier on your device.
Marketing (with your consent)
We do not run advertising tags in your browser. If you accept marketing cookies and came to us from an ad, then when you buy a consultation our server sends Google Ads the ad click identifier, the purchase amount, an order identifier and your email address in hashed (SHA-256) form. Google uses this to count that the ad led to a purchase. We never send information about your health, your symptoms or the service you bought.
Embedded videos
Some pages show YouTube videos in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube (Google) sets cookies only when you play a video, but the player may use your browser's local storage when the page loads.
How to change your choice
On dokport.com, click the cookie button in the bottom-left corner. In the app, open the menu and choose Legal, then Manage cookie preferences. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, some parts of the service, such as logging in, may not work.
