When the doctor will answer to me?

You can visit without booking an appointment time. The average waiting time is displayed on our homepage.

What does it mean that the symptom assessment is open 24 hours a day?

You can fill out the symptom assessment even when our doctors are not available (see our homepage for current availability). Our doctors will respond to you first thing in the morning when our service opens.

Who are the doctors who are treating patients in Dokport?

Our doctors are licensed in Finland and Estonia who have solid experience in telemedicine. They follow the Current Care Recommendations and the treatment guidelines for different conditions, such as weight loss. Doctors work on our platform as professionals.

How does an online request work?

First, complete a short online medical questionnaire. Then, one of our doctors will reviewe it.
Finally, you’ll receive an electronic prescription, allowing you to buy the erectile dysfunction medication from your pharmacy.
If you need a different kind of support, one of our doctors will contact you through your patient account.

What kind of a remote appointment is it?

Which doctors treat patients on Dokport?

Where can I pick up my prescription medication?

We issue electronic prescriptions via remote consultation. You can pick up the medication from any pharmacy.

How does the remote appointment work?

1. Choose your condition. 2. Identification. 3. Describe your condition in detail. 4. The doctor reviews your case, asks additional questions if needed, and provides the necessary treatment. Our system saves the visit, the summary, e-prescriptions, and certificates in Kanta. You can collect your e-prescription immediately after the consultation from any pharmacy in Finland.

What medicines can not be prescribed at an online appointment?

Here are the examples of medication which cannot be written online: PKV medicines: Tenox, Opamox, Diapam, Imovane, Stella, Oxamin, Xanor, Imovane, Dormicum, Temesta or similar; Strong analgesics: Panacod, Tramal, pain patches, morphine-based drugs; ADHD medications: Concerta, Elvanse, Medikinet, Equasym, Methylphenidate, and others; Nerve analgesics: Lyrica, gabapentin, pregabalin, etc; Antibiotics for upper respiratory tract infection or sinusitis; Atarax; Isotretinoin; Eye drops or ointments containing cortisone; Glaucoma drops. We do not prescribe/renew T3 treatments for thyroid diseases nor testosterone medication (gel/injection drugs).
